In-House Rush guarantees that your order will ship from our warehouse within one business day. A handling fee of $1.95 will be applied to your order when you choose this option. Rush this order does NOT guarantee a faster delivery method. Once the order leaves our warehouse, its travel time will be determined by the ship method that you select.
Rushed orders placed before 12PM Eastern time M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 12PM will ship no later than the next business day.
Why In-House Rush?
Our team works very hard to ship your order out as quickly as possible. In many cases, orders ship the same business day regardless of whether or not the rush option is selected. However, when we have a high volume of orders, we may occasionally fall a few days behind. When that happens, we ship out orders based on when they were received. If you have a time-sensitive order, the rush option allows you to jump to the front of the line and have it processed right away. If you want to save on shipping costs or don't need to receive your order right away, you can do that by not selecting the rush option. This lets everyone choose the best option for their unique situation.
Guarantee
If your rushed order is not shipped within the expected amount of time, you will be refunded your $1.95 rush fee. Liability of this guarantee is limited to the amount paid for the rush fee.
