Our team works as quickly as possible to process your order once it's submitted. In stock orders are generally shipped out the same or next business day. During times with high order volume, it may take us an extra day or two to process your order and get it sent out. If you want to guarantee your order will ship by the next business day, we offer an in-house rush option at checkout for a small fee.
Processing times are not directly connected to delivery times. The length of time your order will take to arrive after we ship it will depend on the ship method chosen at checkout.
Please note that some items available for purchase on the website are not available to ship immediately. These will be noted on the product page and at checkout with a message similar to "This item may take an extra 3-7 days to ship". We'll offer an expected delivery date at checkout, but this may vary depending on how long it takes the item to become available.
We also offer pre-order items for sale on the website. If your order includes any of these, we'll hold it until the pre-order items arrive. We do our best to provide accurate ETAs for pre-order items but these are subject to change.
