Sometimes, due to inventory counting errors, unexpected quality issues, or unexpected product delays, we may need to backorder an item from your order or mark it as out of stock. We do our best to keep accurate counts and avoid this happening as much as possible.
Backordered items will ship separately from the rest of your order once they're available. Backorders created by us will ship at no additional charge to you.
Items marked as out of stock while your order is being pulled will be removed from your order and a refund issued automatically.
Any backorders or out of stocks will be listed on your packing slip inside your package when it arrives. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns about items in your order.
