I haven't received my order

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email from us yet, please first check your spam or promotions folder in your email account. If you still can't find one, you can take a look at your orders page in My Account. We provide as much information as possible here so that you can know what's going on with your order. In some cases, items are unexpectedly delayed and so your order might not have shipped as expected. You can view which items are holding the order up here. Please contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns.


If you have received a shipping confirmation, we provided a tracking number inside your confirmation email, or you can look for it on your orders page in My Account. Please refer to the shipping carrier's website for current tracking information.


If your order shipped but seems to be "stuck" somewhere in transit, unfortunately there's generally very little that we can do to assist other than helping you monitor the tracking information. Most of our shipping methods offered don't guarantee delivery dates and sometimes unexpected delays happen. Most USPS, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express orders should begin moving in 1-3 days. Some FedEx Ground Economy (formerly known as SmartPost) orders may appear to be delayed for a week or more in rare cases. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance if you don't see movement within this time period and we'll help the best we can. 


If your order was marked as "delivered" but you still haven't received it, please thoroughly check all possible locations where a carrier might have left your package (front door, back door, mailbox, garage, porch, etc), as well as with your neighbors or a front office or similar if applicable to your address. We've sometimes found that waiting an additional business day is necessary if a carrier marked your package as delivered incorrectly. Beyond this, we recommend reaching out to USPS or FedEx directly for assistance with finding your package.
