International shipping

Modified on Thu, 17 Nov 2022 at 01:56 PM

We currently offer international shipping options to most countries worldwide. To confirm whether or not we ship to your country and how much it will cost, you can enter your country and postal code in the "Estimate Shipping Cost" section of your Basket, or you can proceed to checkout to see all shipping options. We do not require payment information to estimate shipping costs. Both USPS and FedEx offer several international shipping options and we'll offer as many choices as we can at checkout. If your country does not appear in the list or if no shipping options appear, that means we cannot currently ship to you.

Please be aware that your country may charge you additional fees, duties, or taxes beyond the shipping fee paid to us, and these will be your responsibility. FedEx may also charge a brokerage fee in some cases that will be due before they'll release your package. Please refer to your local customs/import office or contact your local postal service or FedEx office for questions regarding customs fees.

If we don't ship to your country, you can consider using a package forwarding service. We don't endorse or support any particular company, but some of our customers have had success using MyUS in the past.

United Kingdom Customers: Due to changes in tax laws at the beginning of 2021, we unfortunately had to temporarily discontinue shipping to your country. We've recently begun the process of getting up to date with UK tax requirements and have been waiting on HMRC to approve our application since August 2022. We hope to re-open shipping to the UK as soon as this process is complete. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
