Can I request my orders always ship in a box?

We always take the utmost care in packaging customer orders and do our best to ensure your products will arrive safely. In many cases, we'll use a padded envelope to ship your order as it allows us to keep order weight (and thus shipping cost) down. Inside the padded envelope, we'll include a sturdy piece of cardboard and a plastic bag for any items that could be damaged by being bent or getting wet. We also include a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the outside of any package where this could be an issue.


If any shipping damage occurs as a result of our packaging or from the delivery service, we're always happy to assist and get replacement items or refunds processed for you.


That being said, some customers have frequent issues with their local delivery service bending packages or otherwise causing damage. We're happy to accommodate those that prefer all of their orders ship in a box. Please reach out to our customer service team and let them know you'd prefer this option and it will be enabled for your account going forward. 


Please note: many of our lowest cost shipping options are only available when shipping your order in a padded envelope. If you have this option enabled on your account, there may be cases where our system will only be able to present higher cost shipping options to you.
